1. Choose a SIZE/STAIN COLOR from the drop down menu on the right side of the listing. (IMAGE #3 SHOW STAIN COLOR OPTIONS)
2. Choose a BASE COLOR/LETTERING COLOR from the drop down menu on the right side of the listing. IF YOU CHOOSE "OTHER" FOR THE BASE COLOR/LETTERING COLOR: please leave your color choices in the "notes" section at the checkout screen (IMAGE #2 SHOWS PAINT COLOR OPTIONS)
3. Add names and wedding date of couple in personalization box
4. Add any notes (custom color options, special instructions, etc.)
5. Finish the checkout process! (Double check your address on file so we ship your order to the correct place!).

NO TWO SIGNS ARE ALIKE AND WILL VARY SLIGHTLY IN APPEARANCE. Our signs are made on real wood and will have a variation in looks because each piece of wood has variations. Our signs are made by hand and will have imperfections that come from a sign that is not manufactured on a machine. As each sign is made on wood, it will have imperfections natural to the wood (knots in the wood, nicks, etc.).
IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR SIGN TO BE "DISTRESSED" (have some of the paint removed from the base before the lettering is added to give it a more vintage, worn look) . . . please let us know in the "notes" section at the checkout screen and we are happy to distress the sign.
IF YOU WANT CUSTOM SIZING . . . please message me for pricing. We can offer any size you would like up to 8 feet.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We love doing custom and personalized orders. For custom orders, please contact me through the Etsy message system. For personalized orders, please put the information in the "notes to vinylcrafts" at the checkout screen. I will contact you with any questions I may have.
All custom and personalized items will have a digital proof sent to you prior to production. Please watch for the proof in your Etsy inbox. Production cannot begin on your order without an approved proof. This is to ensure that you are getting the exact design you want.
Once a proof is approved, if you receive the item with an error you missed during the approval, you will be responsible for the costs for a fix/replacement. Please look at your proofs carefully.
Please put the colors you want for your sign and lettering in the "notes to vinylcrafts" at the checkout screen.
If you are choosing a distressed finish, choose two colors from the paint color swatches (listing photo #2)
If you are choosing a clean, crisp finish, choose the sign color from the paint color swatches (listing photo #2) and the lettering from the vinyl color swatches (listing photo #3)
If you are unsure of your color choices, I am happy to send you a colorized digital sample showing you what different colors look like together.
We do sell wholesale. Please contact me through the Etsy message system or at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
For products that arrive damaged, we require that the buyer send us a picture of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging within 72 hours. This is necessary for claim purposes with FedEx, UPS and USPS, as well as for a replacement. After this information is received we will send out a replacement asap.
The damaged item does not need to be returned.
For our “Boxed Edge” you can hang the sign from the inside top edge, aligning two nails in the wall with the upper inside corners of the sign. Then slide the sign right onto the nails so that the upper corners rest on the nails.
For our “Flat 1/2” Edge” we keyhole the back so that the sign hangs flush to the wall.
For our framed signs, you can either use the keyholes on the back (make sure you the nails are long enough as they have to reach past the framing) OR you can hang them from the inside top edge of the frame, aligning two nails in the wall with the upper inside corners of the framing.
We recommend that you use wall anchors no matter the method you use to hang our signs.
